Groundwork North Wales are happy to announce Caffi Cyfle and the Venue in the Park
conferencing facilities at Alyn Waters Country Park will be opening their doors to the public again on Thursday 22nd July 2021 (including public toilets). The café and conference facilities will be open 9.00am – 4.30pm 7 days a week.
Service from Caffi Cyfle will initially be takeaway only until we have more information regarding the lifting of restrictions. Indoor seating options will be opened up as soon as it is safe to do so. The conference facilities will be available for bookings for events of up to 20 people under current guidance. Bookings can be made by contacting venueinthepark@groundworknorthwales.org.uk / 01978 269 564.
Lorna Crawshaw – Head of Programmes and Partnerships at Groundwork North Wales said
“We are extremely happy to be able to open Caffi Cyfle with a takeaway service. To offer refreshments when you are out and about with friends and family enjoying the park this summer is fantastic, we are looking forward to it’.
Caffi Cyfle is based at the visitor centre at Alyn Waters Country Park and has been run by local environmental and social charity Groundwork North Wales since April 2019. All funds from the café and conferencing facilities are reinvested into the charity.
