The family friendly Spring Food Fair will celebrate food traders from across Wrexham and surrounding areas on 23rd March 2024.
Held in Alyn Waters Country Park, local charity Groundwork North Wales are keen to celebrate Wrexham’s community pride, bringing locals together to support and enjoy some delicious food once again from vendors across Wrexham and surrounding areas, showcasing what small businesses in the community have to offer.
Visitors will find a great variety of stalls, from delicious sweet and savoury goodies, locally produced cider, home-grown cold pressed sunflower oils, gluten and vegan homemade treats, and so much more!
Hanna Clarke, organiser, says ‘we are thrilled to see the return of our popular food fair, and can’t wait to support our community. This year is set to be bigger and better than before.
Visitors can find food demonstrations from local producers, enjoy tasters, explore even more stalls in the outdoor marquee and there will also be chance for little ones to get creative and decorate a cupcake to take home, led by a local cake making business.’
The Food Fair will be open from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 23rd March for visitors to drop by and browse the local produce. Visitors can explore the country park after a visit to the stalls, making this a great day out for the whole family.
Entry to the Food Fair is free, and everyone is welcome, including dogs. To find out more about the event, or to take a sneak peek at the stalls lined up, visit the Facebook event page HERE.
