Join us this Easter
This Easter the team at Wild Ground are running 3 fun free family events at nature reserves in North East Wales. There is a variety of different events to suit families who enjoy outdoor nature-based activities, and all the children will get an Easter treat.
On Wednesday 13th April join us between 11 am – 1.00 pm for an Eggsciting Easter Trail at our Rhydymwyn Nature Reserve, 17 Nant Alyn Road, Rhydymwyn, near Mold, Flintshire, CH7 5HQ. Follow the clues, complete the trail and collect a well-earned chocolate reward. Booking is not essential for this event but please wear suitable outdoor footwear.
Also Wednesday the 13th of April we will be exploring the weird and wonderful creatures that live in our ponds with a Pond Dipping event at our Glascoed Nature Reserve, Llys Edmund Prys, St Asaph, LL17 0JA between 1 – 3 pm. All equipment will be provided and all the children will receive an Easter treat.
Join us at Lane End for Easter Nature Family Fun on Thursday 14th April. Meet at Lane End Nature Reserve, The Bug Shack, Brindle Close, Buckley, Flintshire, CH7 3FB for a morning or afternoon session of spring nature activities. Discover the hidden world in our ponds and our easter nature trail plus more. We are running 2 sessions this day, session 1: 10.00 am – 12 00 pm and session 2: 1 pm – 3 pm. Booking is essential, and attendees should confirm if they wish to attend session 1 or session 2
